	Ongoing project with the bank to help introduce object oriented and browser technologies to both their European and North American operations.  This has involved development of training materials and delivery of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Browser technology and Java courses.
	Long term relationship with the UK's largest training provider to help develop and deliver a range of training courses and consultancy projects across a number of technologies including Visual Basic, Java and UML for clients such as Microsoft™, IBM and British Telecom.
	Delivery of a one day accelerated learning seminar to HR MSc students often described as the highlight of their year. Now a formal part of the course's induction programme and set to be incorporated into the Staff Development programme for 2002-2003.
	SQL Server Database Administration and mentoring project to assist an existing support area to significantly increase their range of activities.  This in turn allowed a separate support area to increase its cost effectiveness.
KPMG Health Systems (now trading as iSOFT)	We were involved with iSoft on a number of occasions assisting in the development of their Patient Information Management System (PIMS), introducing object oriented concepts at a crucial stage of their transition from procedural to object-based Visual Basic.
	Development of a range of client-server software utilities to assist in the day-to-day operation of one of their research centres.  QLS also developed client-server HR software, installed across a number of their UK sites, for both HR and senior management.
